Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams is the Chief Operating Officer at the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging and has been with the organization since September 28, 2020.  Previously, Nicole was employed at Third Street Family Health Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), as the Chief Operating Officer for nine years. During her time at the FQHC, she was also an independent consultant for Management Solutions Consulting Group, for which she provided Health Resources and Service Administration Operational Assessments onsite for other FQHCs around the United States.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University and her Master of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Her experience working at an FQHC and now at the Area Agency on Aging gives her a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life of those they serve; one program at a time.
