  Posted on February 16, 2018

The Healthy U-Diabetes Self-Management Workshop is a small group workshop that is designed to help older adults put life back in their life.  Healthy U may be for you if you have long-term challenges with diabetes or are a caregiver for someone with this challenge.  A benefit of participating in Healthy U is the support you will receive while finding practical ways to deal with pain, fatigue and depression.  This free class, which meets once a week for 6 weeks, will help you discover ways to be more physically active, eat healthier and relax and deal with stress.

The first Healthy U Diabetes Workshop will begin on March 9th at Kiwanis Manor in Tiffin from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

This class is FREE and is open to anyone of any age, but you must register prior to the class. To register or for more information, please contact Megan at 567-247-6503 at the Area Agency on Aging office.
