What is a Grievance?

A grievance is an official complaint. You have the right to voice complaints without fear of retaliation or discrimination. We encourage individuals to attempt to resolve issues informally with the Case Manager and/or the Clinical Supervisor. If the case manager/clinical supervisor is unable to resolve your grievance, please mail your written grievance to:
