Angela Persky

Angela Persky serves as the VP of Operations, leading compliance, HIPAA, IT, and facilities.

Angela graduated with honors with an associate degree from North Central State College. Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree from Franklin University. She is certified in healthcare compliance (CHC) and healthcare privacy compliance (CHPC).

Angela started her career with the Agency in 2004 as a temporary employee. Angela has served in state-level workgroups over the past twenty years and led the Agency in change management and continuous improvement events.

When Angela isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats.
