Area Agency on Aging Phone Numbers
Join us for the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging’s 51st Annual Meeting! This special event celebrates a year of achievements and recognizes individuals and partners whose contributions have helped us carryout our mission to serve older adults and those with disabilities across our communities.
The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 9th, at 11:30 AM at the Mid-Ohio Conference Center at 890 W 4th St, Mansfield, OH 44903.
Seating is limited, and each attendee must register individually.
A portion of all proceeds will help fund the Area Agency on Aging Scholarship Program. Since 2005, over $114,500 has been awarded to students pursuing a higher level of education that will benefit the aging network and aging population. We are grateful for your continued support of the Scholarship Program through your sponsorship of the Annual Meeting.
