Michelle Deskins

Michelle Deskins began her career at the Agency in May 2021. Her role as the Chief of Staff focuses on assisting the CEO and employee engagement. She is responsible for planning and managing administrative and operational activities for the CEO, which is keenly demonstrated by her 16 years of office and project management experience. Michelle’s responsibilities also include managing the Agency’s supply inventory and fleet vehicles.

Before joining the Agency, Michelle was the Dental Clinic Coordinator at Third Street Family Health Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). While employed there, she opened two new dental clinics and helped implement a significant software change. Michelle managed a team of employees at Third Street, as well as the day-to-day operations of all three of their dental clinics.

When she isn’t working, Michelle enjoys traveling and experiencing new things. She loves hosting family gatherings and spending time with her husband, two kids, and her dog.
