Hawkins Corner building will be closed Monday, April 8, 2024

Ontario, OH – The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging Inc., located at 2131 Park Avenue West, Suite 100 in Ontario, will be closed on Monday, April 8, 2024, due to the Solar Eclipse.

 

The community is encouraged to call in during normal business hours 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Calls will be answered while the building is closed unless technical disruptions occur.

 

The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc., located at 2131 Park Avenue West in Ontario, provides leadership, collaboration, coordination and services to older adults, people with disabilities, their caregivers & resource networks that support individual choice, independence, and dignity.
